Materials & Manufacturing Processes
Aluminum Alloys (6061-T6 / 7075-T6)
Aluminum alloys offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio with a density of only 2.7 g/cm³, making them ideal for weight-critical applications in aerospace and automotive industries.
6061-T6 provides good corrosion resistance and weldability, while 7075-T6 offers higher strength comparable to some steels.
Key Properties:
– Tensile strength: 6061-T6 (310 MPa), 7075-T6 (505 MPa)
– Yield strength: 6061-T6 (276 MPa), 7075-T6 (434 MPa)
– Elongation: 6061-T6 (12%), 7075-T6 (11%)
Supports vibrant Type II anodizing in clear, black, red, blue, gold, and other custom colors for enhanced corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.

Free-Machining Brass (C36000)
C36000 brass is known for its superior machinability (rated 100% on the machinability index), making it ideal for complex CNC machining operations.
It offers excellent corrosion resistance in marine environments and has a natural golden luster that can be enhanced with passivation.
Key Properties:
– Tensile strength: 345 MPa
– Yield strength: 150 MPa
– Elongation: 35%
– Electrical conductivity: 28% IACS
High electrical conductivity makes it suitable for electronic enclosures and electrical components where grounding is required.

CNC Machining Workflow
Our manufacturing process combines advanced 5-axis CNC machining with precision anodizing to deliver high-quality fasteners:
- 5-axis CNC turning & milling using Haas and DMG Mori equipment
- Thread rolling or single-point threading for precise thread formation
- Deburring & ultrasonic cleaning to remove all machining residues
- MIL-A-8625 Type II/III sulfuric acid anodizing (hardcoat up to 50 µm)
- Dyeing, sealing & final inspection with CMM measurement
Production Capacity: Up to 10,000 pieces per day for standard bolt sizes
