Full-Process Quality Control: Implements APQP workflow from 3D model analysis → process simulation → first-article CMM inspection → mass production. White-light scanners perform full-dimension verification, with Material Test Certificates (MTC) and non-destructive testing (X-ray) reports provided for critical components, complying with AS9100 aerospace standards.
