Description
Custom High-Strength Wear-Resistant Injection Molded Parts – English Version
We specialize in custom injection molded parts manufacturing services, particularly for high-strength, wear-resistant industrial components. With years of experience in this field, we have accumulated extensive expertise.
What We Can Do
In terms of equipment, we have injection molding machines ranging from 50 tons to 1000 tons, enabling us to handle both small and large production runs. Regarding precision, we can generally control the tolerance of parts within ±0.01mm without any issues. For higher precision requirements, such as ±0.005mm, we can also meet them, but the cost will be relatively higher.
We are also capable of two-color/three-color injection molding, which means producing parts with multiple materials or colors in a single molding process. Insert molding is also available, where metal parts are encapsulated in plastic. Overmolding is another option, for example, coating a plastic part with a layer of soft rubber.
When customers need to verify prototypes first, we can quickly produce a few samples using CNC or 3D printing.
Material Selection
We stock all commonly used engineering plastics: ABS, PC, Nylon, POM, PEEK, etc. PEEK offers excellent performance but is relatively expensive.
We can also work with general commodity plastics: PP, PS, PVC, HDPE.
For special materials, we can handle glass fiber-reinforced, flame-retardant, conductive, and food-grade materials. However, to be honest, for some extremely special materials, we may need to collaborate with suppliers.
Surface Treatment and Precision
There are various surface treatment options available: polishing, painting, electroplating, anodizing, laser marking, and sandblasting. Each treatment has different effects and costs, depending on customer requirements.
As for precision, as mentioned earlier, the general tolerance is ±0.01mm, and high precision is ±0.005mm. We can also achieve a surface roughness of Ra 0.4. However, we recommend choosing the appropriate precision based on the importance of the actual part; there’s no need to make all parts with such high precision.
Industries We Serve
We have extensive experience in the automotive industry: interior parts, exterior parts, plastic components around engines, and connectors.
We also serve the electronics industry: housings, connectors, heat sinks, and insulating parts.
We can also provide parts for medical devices, but the requirements are relatively strict, and they must comply with FDA and ISO 13485 standards.
We also manufacture industrial equipment parts: gears, bearings, conveyor belt components, and hydraulic parts.
We have limited experience in the aerospace industry, mainly because the quality requirements are extremely high. Although we hold the AS9100 certificate, we generally do not actively take on such orders.
Quality Control
We have IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), and FQC (Final Quality Control). We also have a CMM coordinate measuring machine for dimensional inspection. We can also conduct material tests, such as tensile, impact, and thermal stability tests.
We hold ISO9001 and IATF16949 certificates, and we can provide material certificates, RoHS reports, etc., if required.
Why Choose Us
Our engineering team has rich experience and can assist with design reviews and provide material recommendations. Our equipment is all newly purchased, which can meet high-specification production requirements.
We definitely have strong customization capabilities, covering everything from design to mass production. In terms of price, we offer high cost-effectiveness, which is relatively competitive among our peers.
We always deliver on time. First-time customers may be concerned about delivery times, which we understand, so we clarify the time nodes from the beginning to ensure on-time delivery of products.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What materials can you work with? A: We can handle most engineering plastics, commodity plastics, and special materials. Please let us know your specific requirements.
Q: What precision can you achieve? A: Generally ±0.01mm, and high precision up to ±0.005mm.
Q: What drawing formats do you accept? A: IGES, STEP, AutoCAD, Solidworks, STL, PTC Creo, DWG, PDF are all acceptable. We can also try other formats, which can usually be opened.
Q: What is the MOQ? A: Most projects have a MOQ of 100 pieces. For prototyping or small batches, we can discuss.
Q: How long is the lead time? A: It depends on the complexity of the part, the quantity, and the availability of materials. Mold production usually takes 2-4 weeks, and production takes 1-3 weeks. Please provide us with your project details, and we can give you a more accurate time.
Q: Can you make prototypes first? A: Yes. We can quickly produce prototypes using CNC or 3D printing, and then open the mold after confirmation.
