Standard Specifications

  Small model: 53×55×37mm (matchbox size), suitable for sensor and instrument wiring.

  Medium – large model: 400×600×185mm, supporting multi – channel cable branching and complex wiring.

  Non – standard Customization

  Customization of extra – large sizes with a length ≤1200mm and a width ≤800mm is supported, and the depth can be adjusted according to requirements (including rib design).

  Protection Levels

  Basic version: IP66 (dust – proof + strong water – jet protection), suitable for outdoor general environments.

  Enhanced version: IP68 (continuous protection underwater at a depth of 30 meters), suitable for scenarios such as underground cables and ships.

  Environmental Adaptability

  Operating temperature: For ABS version, – 30℃ ~ +80℃; for PC version, – 50℃ ~ +120℃; for metal version, – 40℃ ~ +150℃.

  Corrosion resistance: Passes the salt – spray test for ≥500 hours (metal materials), resistant to acid, alkali, and oil erosion.

Description

  I. Core Materials

  ABS Engineering Plastic: It has strong impact resistance, and its flame – retardant rating can reach UL94 V0. It is suitable for conventional industrial environments, and the surface can be customized with matte or glossy treatment.

  PC (Polycarbonate): It has a temperature – resistant range of – 50℃ to +120℃ and excellent UV – resistance. It is suitable for outdoor extreme environments. After adding glass fiber, its strength can be enhanced to the 5VA flame – resistant grade.

  Stainless Steel/Metal Alloy: It has strong corrosion resistance, is suitable for harsh scenarios such as chemical and marine environments, and its protection level can reach IP68.

  Wall – thickness Design

  ABS/PC Materials: The conventional wall – thickness is 2.5 – 3.5mm. Key stress – bearing parts (such as mounting holes) are strengthened to 5 – 6.5mm to ensure impact resistance (IK08) and anti – deformation ability.

  Metal Materials: The wall – thickness is 2.5 – 6mm. It is integrally formed by die – casting process, taking into account both lightweight and structural strength.

  II. Structural Design Parameters

  Sealing System

  Double – arc Silicone Rubber Sealing Ring: Made of anti – aging silicone material, when compressed, it forms upper and lower vacuum isolation layers. The waterproof performance reaches IP68, and there is no leakage under a pressure test of 0.4MPa for 72 hours.

  Water – proof Inlet Connector: 2 – 4 waterproof connectors are standard, supporting cable diameters from Φ6 to Φ32mm, and are suitable for metal threaded or quick – plug locking structures.

  Box Structure

  Split – type Design: The box cover and the box body are sealed by pressing an inner gland, avoiding rubber ring deformation. A transparent upper cover (made of PC material) is optional, which is convenient for observing the internal wiring status.

  Pre – punched Layout: Customized mounting hole positions (such as DIN rail, wall – hanging holes) are supported, and it is compatible with standard electrical components such as circuit breakers and terminal blocks.
