　　Thickness Range: 2 – 12mm (adjusted according to screen size, with enhanced structural strength required for large – sized ones).

　　Surface Treatment

　　Processes: Sand – blasting oxidation (to improve wear resistance), matte/glossy baking finish (for aesthetics and fingerprint – proofing), IMD curved lens lamination (for integrated touch – screen design).

　　Colors: Customization based on the Pantone color card is supported, with common colors including black, white, gray, and metallic – textured coatings.

　　Mechanical Properties

　　Impact Resistance Strength: ≥15kJ/m² (ABS standard).

　　Flexural Modulus: ≥2.5GPa (PC/ABS alloy).

　　Environmental Adaptability

　　Operating Temperature: – 30℃ – 80℃ (ABS is resistant to low temperatures, and PC/ABS is resistant to high temperatures).
