Surface Treatment
Processes: Sand – blasting oxidation (to improve wear resistance), matte/glossy baking finish (for aesthetics and fingerprint – proofing), IMD curved lens lamination (for integrated touch – screen design).
Colors: Customization based on the Pantone color card is supported, with common colors including black, white, gray, and metallic – textured coatings.
Mechanical Properties
Impact Resistance Strength: ≥15kJ/m² (ABS standard).
Flexural Modulus: ≥2.5GPa (PC/ABS alloy).
Environmental Adaptability
