Not all finishes work on all materials — here is what we validate in-house

Powder coat works on steel and aluminum but skips titanium. Anodizing is aluminum-only. Zinc plating requires ferrous base. We stock these validated combinations and run process trials for new pairings.

What file formats do you accept for quotes?+
We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG and SolidWorks files, plus PDF drawings for reference. For sheet metal flat patterns, DXF is preferred. Send files to our quote team and you will receive DFM feedback within 24 hours.
What is your minimum order quantity?+
There is no hard MOQ. Prototype orders of 1–10 pieces are welcome, and per-part economics improve sharply above 50 units. For stamping, tooling amortizes best above 1,000 units.
How do you handle shipping and customs?+
We ship EXW, FOB Xiamen, or DDP to your door. We work with trusted freight forwarders for sea, air and express, and handle export documentation, certificates of origin and compliance paperwork on your behalf.
Can you sign an NDA before I share my drawing?+
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs routinely and will use your template or ours. Intellectual property protection is standard practice across our engineering and production teams.
What payment terms do you offer?+
Standard terms are 50% deposit with order and 50% before shipment. For established accounts we offer net-30 terms. We accept T/T, PayPal and trade-assurance orders via Alibaba.
Do you provide material certificates and inspection reports?+
Every shipment includes a dimensional inspection report. Material certificates (mill certs) and RoHS/REACH declarations are provided on request at no additional cost.
